Exterior Materials
PAINTED ALUMINUM HONEYCOMB PANELS
With a honeycomb core bonded between two aluminum sheets for rigidity. These panels offer a higher strength-to-weight ratio than solid sheets, so they are often used as a lightweight alternative to solid aluminum. They are also used for sound insulation, painted with multiple color choices and covered with a protective peel-off film. This kind of aluminum stands up to outdoor use, as well as exposure to chemicals. It offers a good combination of strength, formability, and weldability.
SOUND INSULATED GLASS
We can use tempered glass or laminated glass based on the budget requirement, tempered glass is a good noise insulator in some areas but it is not a soundproof glass, laminated glass is highly preferred when we consider for soundproofing, however, the cost will be relatively higher than the tempered glass.
